The Map Maker rank is given to the Players who created a map that is being played at that moment.
The Map Maker rank shows up next to a players name when their map is being played on at that time. The player with the rank is given full donor perms so they may participate on their own map if the teams are full.
You must be the official creator of a map that is being played on the server at that moment.
