Strato is the lowest tier among the Premium ranks.
Strato is a permanent purchasable rank, that can be bought in the Stratus Network shop. Since it the lowest of all the premium ranks, any player with the Strato rank will get higher tier ranks; Alto and Cirro, at a discounted price. Premium ranks, along with staff members, serve as the server's beta testers for projects.
